Quick answer: You don't need an account to use Black Jack Unblocked, and we never ask for payment details. We use Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools (these don't track you on our site) and Microsoft Clarity on our guide pages (this does use cookies and records how pages are used). Here is the catch with Microsoft Clarity
Let us be honest: Clarity is the one tool here that goes beyond simple counting. You should know three things:
- Session replays exist. We can watch an anonymised replay of how a page was scrolled and clicked. We use this to find broken layouts and confusing sections, not to identify anyone.
- Microsoft processes the data under its own terms and the Microsoft Privacy Statement, which allow Microsoft to use data collected through Clarity for its own purposes as well.
- We only run Clarity on pages written for adults (our guides and information pages). We don't run it on our free game pages.
How we use it
- To run, secure and fix the site and the game.
- To see which guides are found in search and which parts confuse readers, so we can improve them.
- To reply to your email and act on corrections.
What to watch out for (and how to opt out)
- Block Clarity cookies in your browser settings, or use a browser with tracking protection turned on. The guides and the game still work.
- Clear stored game data by clearing site data for black-jack-unblocked.com in your browser.
- Don't email us sensitive details. We will never ask for passwords, ID documents or bank details.
Sharing and storage
- Data is shared only with the providers named on this page (Google, Microsoft and our hosting and email providers), and only as needed to run the site.
- These providers may store data outside Australia.
- We may disclose information if the law requires it.
- Clarity keeps data for a limited period set by Microsoft (up to around 13 months, depending on the data type). We keep emails only as long as we need them to handle your message and keep a record of corrections.
Young people
You don't need to give us any personal information to play the free game or read the guides. If you are under 18, please don't send us personal details. If you think a young person has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
- You can ask what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it.
- We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply to us.
- If you're not happy with how we handled a request, contact us first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
The Final Verdict
We collect less than most sites, we name every tool, and the one tool that records behaviour (Clarity) is disclosed in full, with a way to block it. If we add or remove a tool, this page changes first, and the date under the title shows when.
